The timeline depends on the source country and approval stages. On average, the process takes 3 to 6 months from initial request to worker arrival. We work to expedite every stage within the legal framework.

You’ll need your company’s SSM registration, a valid business license, proof of EPF/SOCSO registration, and details of the positions to be filled. We’ll guide you through the exact requirements based on your industry and the source country.

We handle everything end-to-end: sourcing, screening, documentation, government approvals, FOMEMA, insurance, logistics, and post-placement support. You can also engage us for specific stages if you prefer.

Yes. We operate under a valid license issued pursuant to the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 (Act 246). We are fully audited and comply with all Malaysian immigration and labour regulations.

We supply foreign workers for construction, manufacturing, plantation & agriculture, cleaning & facility services, security, and food & beverage sectors. If your industry isn’t listed, contact us — we may still be able to assist.

If a worker fails their FOMEMA medical examination, we handle the repatriation process and arrange a replacement worker at no additional recruitment cost to you, subject to our service agreement terms.
